Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 1st, 2025

By using Laundry Run, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Customers must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Laundry Run provides pickup, professional washing/folding, and delivery services.
Bags must be used for standard household laundry only; hazardous or non-launderable materials are strictly prohibited.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their bag is securely packed and ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

Fully flexible. Customers may cancel or reschedule any pickup or delivery without fees up to the time of pickup.

Laundry Run and its laundromat partners take care to handle all items properly and return them in good condition.
Laundry Run is not responsible for items not included in the bag at pickup or for pre-existing damages.
Each bag is tagged and tracked from pickup through delivery to ensure accountability.
Photos may be taken at pickup and/or delivery to confirm the condition and quantity of each order.
Any claim of missing or damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting details or photos.
Verified claims are limited to the fair market value of the item, up to a maximum of $25 per order.
Laundry Run and its laundromat partners are not liable for normal wear, shrinkage, fading, or minor damage resulting from standard washing and drying processes.

Payments are processed securely through Trafft/Stripe.
Customers prepay for their selected service size and any add-ons.
Laundry Run receives the agreed-upon service fee from each order; laundromats receive their share per established agreement.

Laundry Run reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of changes via email or website notice.
